Rule #1 – NO FAKES ALLOWED

We do not tolerate counterfeit fragrances. Any attempt to sell fakes will result in an immediate ban. Clones and dupes, however, are allowed.

Rule #2 – ONE AD, ONE FRAGRANCE

Each fragrance must have its own individual post. If you wish to sell or trade multiple fragrances, create a separate post for each one. Bundling multiple items into a single discussion is not permitted.

Rule #3 – ORIGINAL PHOTOS REQUIRED

All ads must include original photos of the fragrance taken by you. Photos sourced from the internet are not allowed.

Important: Each photo must contain a handwritten note with the following details:

Forum name (FragBazaar)
Your username
The current date

Rule #4 - BRAND & FRAGRANCE DETAILS

For transparency, each ad must clearly state the following:

Brand name
Full fragrance name
Concentration type (e.g., Eau de Cologne, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, Extrait de Parfum)

Example: Dior Sauvage EDP

Rule #5 – MILLILITER QUANTITY

Every ad must specify the bottle size and current fill level:

Transparent bottles: Indicate the full bottle size (e.g., 100ml).
Opaque bottles: Specify both the original size and the estimated remaining amount (e.g., 70/100ml). Providing clear, well-lit photos of the liquid level is encouraged whenever possible.

Rule #6 – PRICE REQUIREMENT

All ads posted under the Selling category must include a listed price.

Rule #7 – COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

Sellers must specify the country they are selling the fragrance from.

Rule #8 – ENGLISH LANGUAGE

All ads must be written in English to ensure clear communication among members.

Rule #9 – CLOSING A DISCUSSION

Once a sale or trade is complete, post a comment on your original discussion thread indicating that the fragrance is no longer available. This helps declutter the forum and allows moderators to lock inactive discussions.

Liabilities & Blacklist Policy

FragBazaar’s administrators and moderators are not responsible for any transactions conducted within this community. Buying, selling, and trading are at your own risk. In cases of fraud, please report the issue to the administrators. Verified fraudsters will be sanctioned and added to a blacklist.
